York Community Vaccination Clinic Update: Now open to family members, additional appointment available

We are pleased to announce that York University has now been granted permission to extend its dedicated community vaccination clinic to family members of York community members who are 18 years of age and older and meet the eligibility requirements.

Appointments are required. This clinic is limited to York students and employees (including faculty, instructors and staff) and to residents of York’s undergraduate residences, York Apartments, residents of The Quad, and now family members of York community members.

To attend this clinic, prior vaccination records must already be documented by a public health unit in the Ontario vaccine registry (COVaxON).

YORK VACCINATION CLINIC INFORMATION:

  • Dose 3/booster: Available for those who received a second dose 84+ days ago.
  • The only available vaccine is Moderna. Those between the ages of 18 and 30 years will be provided educational information and will need to consent to receive Moderna.

Clinic Dates: January 10 to January 28, 2022. Book your appointment.

Clinic Location: Aviva Centre*, 1 Shoreham Drive, North York ON  M3N 3A6 (Link to Google Map)

*Please use the Tennis Canada Entrance: the clinic is located at the office between Gate G & H, adjacent to Shoreham Drive.

Bring: Valid Photo ID** 

  • Driver’s license 
  • Passport 
  • Birth certificate (for proof of age) 
  • Health card (** OHIP Card is optional)

You must use YU Screen before coming to campus and be prepared to show proof that you have cleared screening.
