As jurisdictions across Canada and the U.S. plan large COVID-19 vaccination drive-throughs, professors at York University are working to ensure they are efficient. Liberal Arts & Professional Studies Professor Ali Asgary, associate director of the Advanced Disaster, Emergency and Rapid Response Simulation (ADERSIM) developed a vaccination drive-through simulation in collaboration with the Laboratory for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (LIAM), led by Faculty of Science Professor Jianhong Wu.
