Grade consistently and fairly<br><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Students will focus more on learning and your feedback if they feel their work is being graded fairly. href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/microsoft-teams-video-training-4f108e54-240b-4351-8084-b1089f0d21d7?wt.mc_id=otc_home\">Microsoft Teams<\/a> can facilitate real-time feedback after a presentation, performance, or demonstration.<\/li><li>Use these <a href=\"http:\/\/smart-toolbox.eecs.yorku.ca\/vf-category\/video_feedback_category\/\">tools<\/a> to offer feedback on videos created by students<\/li><li>Leave feedback on <a href=\"https:\/\/lthelp.yorku.ca\/communication\/forums\">eClass Discussion Forum<\/a> posts or <a
