Math 5400 Project topics for 2006-2007
This is the final list of topics and dates for presentations of projects to the class. I have added another column with links to materials that were presented to the class and then submitted to Peggi and Jen for assembling into a format that other students might use in their own classrooms. The original plan was to create a compact disc containing all of these materials for any student who wanted it. But this plan has been abandoned in favour of what you see here. I have uploaded the files to the course website and you can download them by clicking on the links in the right-hand column. Some students have not submitted materials for this purpose. For some others there is more than one link when, for example, handouts are also included. Many of these are in the form of PowerPoint presentations. Some are Adobe PDF files; some are Word documents. There is one Rich Text Format file, and in one (Betty Nelsons’), the pages submitted are scanned as photos. Every separate entry in the right-hand column is to a different file.
This page was revised May 6, 2007.
