Bell Let's Talk: Wellness Hour

To recognize Bell Let's Talk Week, join us for a Wellness Hour! This session will help you de-stress and relax. By doing this, you will be able to learn new wellness practices that will help you become better equipped to deal with stress and anxiety in the future. We will be leading a mindful stress imagery meditation and a self-compassion exercise. We will also facilitate a fun wellness art activity: Zentangle. To end off the night, there will be a discussion on how to help reduce the stigma around mental health.
