Safe Water Optimization Tool at the Emergency Environmental Health Forum

The Safe Water Optimization Tool (SWOT) led by Dahdaleh Institute Research Fellow Dr. Syed Imran Ali will be presenting at the annual Emergency Environmental Health Forum (EEHF). The EEHF is the leading forum for emergency WASH practitioners, managers, and academics to share the latest in research and innovation the sector. The EEHF will be comprised of webinars comprising 15-minute oral presentations with live Q&A and break out rooms for Q&A with presenters during poster sessions. All sessions will be chaired and thematically linked to one another. The final day of the forum will be a WASH research capacity workshop discussing the barriers to conducting research in humanitarian crises, research designs and methods to use and how to improve research and innovation proposals. 

On the 4th day of the event, the SWOT team will give a presentation entitled "Proof-of-concept evaluation of the Safe Water Optimization Tool: A new data analytics platform for generating site-specific and evidence-based water chlorination targets".
