Following a competitive procurement process, York U has selected the following vendors to provide website-related services through June 9, 2029:
- BOLD LIP
- Elite Digital
- Evolving Web
- Foster Interactive Inc.
- Hambly & Woolley Inc.
- ImageX Media
- Orthoplex Solutions
- Speer Technologies Inc.
These vendors can support a range of web services, including content audits and strategy, content optimization, website architecture, development, implementation within York’s CMS, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
Procurement requirements:
- Projects under $121,000: At least one VOR vendor must be considered (additional quotes are recommended).
- Projects over $121,000: Quotes are required from three or more VOR vendors.
All new website projects should begin transitioning to the approved VOR vendors. Vendor contact information is available on the Procurement Services Pan-University VOR website.
