Direct Entry Nursing Information Session - Faculty of Health

Looking to become a Registered Nurse (RN)? The Direct Entry Nursing program at York University is designed and intended for students with no previous nursing experience. Graduates of this 4 year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) are qualified to write the NCLEX-RN exam.

Join us to learn about the Direct Entry Nursing program at York University and what it means to be a nurse.

Department of Dance - Information Session 

Thursday, December 17, 2021, at 5:00 pm to 7 pm - 8 pm

The Department of Dance will be hosting an Information Session to provide a comprehensive overview of what it means to be a dance major at York. Presentations around the excellence of the faculty and its students, along with "a day in a life of a dance student" and the application process will be given. Participants will also be given the opportunity to ask questions from the presenters who are professors in the Department and current and past dance majors.

Financial Literacy Module IV – Making Sense of OSAP

Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The objective of this workshop is to teach participants how to navigate the complicated system of OSAP and help students discover how this important funding plan can be used to finance their post-secondary education. This workshop is offered by the Glendon Campus Brain Boosting Workshop series.
