2) Selecting A Food Truck

You are welcome to select any food truck that best suits your event. If you are looking for recommendations, Food Services may be able to provide a list of food trucks that have been used at past York University events. For more information, please contact Food Services at food@yorku.ca

3) Approval

Once you have confirmed with the truck, you will need to submit a Temporary Use of University Space (TUUS) application.

4) Fee

A $100 fee is required for each application (paid by the hosting department) and includes a parking pass. This fee is paid by budget number.

5) Confirmation

Once your TUUS application has been approved, you will be notified by email.
