The Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot (FMCSP) is an initiative by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to support Francophone communities outside Quebec by attracting French-speaking international students.

Pathway to Permanent Residence

Pathway to Permanent Residence: Graduates from eligible FMCSP programs can access IRCC pathways to permanent residence, while enjoying cultural integration through tailored support services like language assistance and academic advising.

Please note: If your study permit application is refused, York will return your deposit. You will need to provide a copy of the refusal letter to York before the deposit is returned.
