Friends of Glendon Graduate Entrance Scholarship 

The Friends of Glendon Graduate Entrance Scholarship in Public and International Affairs will be awarded to a new student entering the Master’s in Public and International Affairs who has a minimum GPA of an A at the time of admission as well as extra-curricular involvement and leadership.  

  • $1,250  
  • Non-renewable  
  • Incoming full-time graduate Master’s student;  
  • Must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons and residents of Ontario;  
  • Must demonstrate financial need;  
  • Must have a minimum ‘A’ average;  
  • Must demonstrate extra-curricular involvement and leadership.  
  • Upcoming academic year  
  • March 1st  

Students must be nominated by their graduate program. The program will identify potential nominees and request the appropriate documentation. Students cannot apply directly to FGS.  

  • a statement of research;  
  • a CV;  
  • transcripts from Admissions package and/or student file;  
  • a nomination letter from Graduate Program Director.  

Recipients will be recommended by the Graduate Program in Public and International Affairs by April 1 to the Faculty of Graduate Studies Awards Committee for review at the April meeting.
