We’re excited to announce our upcoming workshop, “Project Management Basic Skills for Entrepreneurs,” designed to help participants develop basic project management knowledge and how to use the tools to better meet their goals in launching and growing a new entrepreneurial venture.

In this module, participants will:
- Develop a general knowledge of the project management lexicon and life cycle
- Understand the relationship between projects and the venture strategic planning
- Understand the difference between project management and operations management, project life cycle and business life cycle
- Develop a general knowledge of the basic project management tools and skills relevant to entrepreneurial ventures
- Develop basic skills in using project management tools to plan, execute, monitor entrepreneurial venture projects throughout the business life cycle and in building a knowledge base for lessons learned.
Participants will leave the session equipped with tools, strategies, and a clearer understanding of how to bring their entrepreneurial vision to life.
