Glendon Accessibility, Well-Being and Counselling Centre (AWC)

Your mental health and wellbeing are our top priorities. Research has shown that a strong mental health is linked to improved academic scores, mood and general well-being. The student centred AWC is focused on supporting and building our students mental health. ItWe are here to help you reach your potential and fully enjoy the university experience. We offer several bilingual services, including individual counselling, crisis response and support, and accessibility services.

There is no charge for any of the services we provide to students. All precautions are taken to maintain strict confidentiality and guard against the disclosure of personal information – unless informed, and written consent has been obtained.
