York University was honored to welcome President Dr. Hoang Cong Gia Khanh and Dr. Le Van Hinh, Head of the Department of Cooperation and Development from the University of Economics and Law, VNUHCM (UEL).
Hosted by York International, the meeting brought together UEL leadership with York’s senior administration, academicians, researchers, and representatives from York University – Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies and Osgoode Professional Development.
The visit underscores York’s ongoing commitment to expanding academic and research ties with Vietnam. As part of this growing partnership, York and UEL will explore joint academic programming, collaborative research initiatives, faculty exchange, summer and short-term programs, and pathways that deepen people-to-people, experiential, and student learning opportunities.
