- Enrollment (of yourself or your dependants)
- UHIP fee refunds (for yourself and/or your dependants)
- Your card access
- Updating personal information in your Cowan account
- Healthcare coverage in/outside Ontario
- Navigating the Ontario healthcare system
- Claims and pre-approvals
- Transitioning to and from the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) when you have a work permit or are the dependant of someone with a work permit
- Technical issues on the Cowan website
