Peter MacKey Scholarship in Critical Disability Studies

Overview

The Peter Mackey Scholarship in Critical Disability Studies will be given to an incoming full-time doctoral student who has a disability and is enrolled in the Critical Disability Studies program. An erudite and sophisticated thinker, Peter was researching the problems that disabled people experience and what might a society be like were these problems solved. Peter's passion for life and laughter, his dedication to critical disability studies and disability advocacy, as well as his love of teaching and knowledge, will be remembered through the establishment of the Peter Mackey Scholarship in Critical Disability Studies.

Incoming PhD students in Critical Disability Studies complete the application form before September 30.
