Assistant Professor, Amanda De Lisio and Associate Professor, Lyndsay Hayhurst in School of Kinesiology and Health Science among York University scholars receiving more than $1.3 million in funding to lead collaborative, community-based research projects through the 2024 Partnership Development Grants competition.

York Research Chair (Tier II) in Sport, Gender, Development and Digital Participatory Research, and an Associate Professor, Lyndsay Hayhurst in the School of Kinesiology and Health Science is among seven faculty members from York University who have been awarded Partnership Development Grants by the Social Sciences & Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), securing a combined total of $1,397,010 in funding.
