| Eligibility York Apartments welcome eligible graduate students, Osgoode law students and students with families (spouse/children) admitted to York University. Students must maintain their registration status at York in a full-time degree program and must not accumulate debt on their student account in order to maintain their eligibility for residence. |
| Offers Applications are generally processed according to date of receipt. Please note that our peak application processing period is between May and July for August/September occupancy. Applicants who have not heard from us within six weeks prior to their desired move-in date may email apstatus@yorku.ca to check the status of their application or update their preferred move-in to a future date. York Apartments are offered on a year-round basis and according to availability. |
| Re-Applying Students already in a lease may not re-apply to York Apartments for future academic terms until they move out, and there must be at least one academic term between tenancies. |
