York Apartments are managed by York University's Housing department and offer 1,250 self-contained living units to eligible graduate students, Osgoode Law students and students with families. Our on-campus apartments are conveniently located on York's Keele Campus, within walking distance to classes, libraries, food outlets and sport facilities.

Community Life Program
A dedicated Community Life Coordinator runs social events, walking and run clubs, fireside chats with campus partners, and family-friendly programming throughout the year.
Mental health support
On-call distress support is available to York Apartments residents. The Community Life Coordinator works individually with students to develop support plans and connect them with campus and community resources.
Accessible units
Adapted units are available for students with physical disabilities, including options for wheelchair users and rooms with visual alarms. Indicate your needs in your housing application.
