We look forward to providing you with a rewarding, enriching, and enjoyable experience in a safe student community that will positively impact your personal, educational, and social growth.
At York apartments, you'll find a community where you can enjoy an independent lifestyle in a student-friendly and family-oriented environment. It's important for everyone to understand and follow the guidelines and respect their neighbors to ensure a positive experience for all.
As you move into a high-density apartment building, you may encounter some common issues typical of such residences. We kindly ask all residents to contribute to enhancing the living experience for everyone. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, please be aware that, especially with children living in the building, occasional noise is to be expected.

Late arrivals
If you anticipate arriving outside of our regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), please let us know by emailing apstatus@yorku.ca. It's important to notify Housing & Conference Services to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
