Important dates in 2000 competition
The compromis (problem) came out late November,
1999 and the memorials were due the second week of February, 2000. The
competition was held March 16-19, 2000 at Michigan State University in East
Lansing.
Special features
The competition is held alternately in a Canadian
and a US host school. This year 15 schools participated (10 US / 5 Canadian).
In the 2000 Competition, Shawn and Nir won Best Team Argument - Respondent, and
Shawn won 2nd Place Oralist!
