Edmond Farah is a practicing economist with his most recent experience stemming from supporting several Ontario ministries on program evaluation, enterprise-wise transformational and optimization strategy, and policy development initiatives. He is currently at York Region’s Department of Finance in the Office of the Budget. Con-currently he is a managing principal and Market Data Company - a boutique consultancy in the financial services sector. He is also a guest lecturer at York University in the topics of applied economics and public policy. 
 
Edmond holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University and a Master of Arts in Economics from York University. He is also a registered student at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
