Michelle graduated from the school of LA&PS in 2017, where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree. Frankly, she was unsure exactly what she wanted to do with her career upon graduation. After some deliberation and learning a lot more about the CPA profession, she decided to go back to York University in 2018 and complete the accounting honours stream to fulfill all prerequisite courses required for entrance in CPA PEP. She graduated in winter 2019, and immediately proceeded to complete York's Graduate Diploma (GDIP) Program in Professional Accounting while balancing a new job as an accounting intern in industry at the time. Fast forward a year or so later - Michelle successfully passed the September 2021 CFE and now works as an accounting associate at KPMG.
