Discussion of major issues in family composition, functioning and relationships such as: authority and decision making; migration and kin support; alternatives to contemporary marriage; separation and divorce; family life education. Prerequisite: Students must have successfully completed 84 credits. Course credit exclusions: AP/SOCI 4346 3.00 (prior to Fall 2013).
