Thomas Klassen, Professor in the School of Public Policy & Administration at York University, has written an article for The Conversation about Donald Trump’s second term. Klassen looks at history, and the experiences of other presidents and prime ministers who have also served two non-consecutive terms, to make predictions about what the future might hold for Trump. Klassen believes that many of Trump’s goals will be difficult to execute.
Thomas Klassen holds his PhD from the University of Toronto. His research focuses on employment and labour, public administration, comparative labour market policies, income security policies, retirement and pensions, Korea and East Asia.
