SAS Assistant Professor David Weitzner wrote an article that was published in The Conversation, titled “How to encourage vulnerability in the workplace while keeping workers safe”, where he discussed a growing desire for a more “human-centric work environment”.

“As we begin to tentatively shape the post-pandemic business world, there is a growing chorus of voices pushing for a new normal,” Weitzner said, in the article.
