Dr. Mahbub Alam is an HRM and leadership researcher, consultant, and educator with 18 years of professional work experience in large and medium sized business organizations in North America and South Asia. Prior to engaging in academia, he led human resources and learning and development functions of several business organizations. He earned his Ph.D. from School of Human Resource Management, York University and teaches courses of all major functions of human resource management and organizational behaviour. He occasionally conducts corporate training programs on functions of HRM and leadership development.
