Viktoriya Voloshyna is Ph.D. candidate at School of Human Resource Management, at York University in Toronto. She completed her undergraduate degree from York University with a major in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude). Then she continued her study at University of Toronto. Viktoriya has consulting and teaching experience. Prior to teaching at York, she taught such courses as Organizational Behaviour, Transnational Corporations, Management, and worked in different consulting projects. Her current research interests include identity and status transition of skilled migrants, professional identity transformation, and identity threat. She also focuses on topics related to power issues and status passages of various actors. She has specific interest in grounded methodology and related qualitative research approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
