Vita Di Serio is vice president, people and culture at Numeris. In her role, she leads the people strategy for the three entities of the organization and oversees a national, multi-disciplinary human resources team focused on delivering best in class human capital programs and services, including talent management, total rewards, change management and employee experience.  Prior to her current role, Di Serio held the position of director, national within people and culture and over the years, has supported the people and culture team at Numeris through various roles and capacities. Di Serio has a diverse background in human resources and has experience in a wide range of industries, including hospitality and dentistry. She holds a BA in Sociology from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College. Di Serio also completed the co-active coach curriculum from the Coaches Training Institute and she is an active member of the HR Strategy Council.
