The School of Public Policy & Administration hosts at least one career panel annually featuring our alumni and other special guests, including our Federal Executive Public Servant in Residence.
Students have the opportunity to ask questions about careers at different levels of government (federal, provincial, municipal) and beyond, learn about relevant application and selection processes, and get tips on how to develop a competitive edge. Our alumni provide frank advice and shed light on the incredible diversity of work in the public sector along with the implications of this work for society more broadly. Whether one is seeking entry into the public sector or looking to advance their careers further, this event is a great opportunity to keep up-to-date with recruitment trends in the sector.
