The Graduate Fellowship of Distinction in Philosophy will be awarded annually to a graduate student in his/her fifth year of completing a PhD in Philosophy. If there are insufficient qualified candidates in their fifth year of study to award the Fellowship in any given year, consideration will be given to students in their sixth year of study, however recipients in their sixth year are not eligible to receive the $1,000 completion stipend portion. This Fellowship is open to both domestic and international students.
