When class size permits, workshop style bioinformatics assignments are offered. <br><br>SC\/BIOL 4030 \u2013 <em>Proteomics<\/em>. This course has evolved from covering high throughput methods of protein detection towards understanding protein networks and protein engineering. The shift in curriculum has been in response to a need for more intermediate\/advanced biochemistry in the upper levels and to provide some exposure to bioinformatics.<br><br>SC\/BIOL 5028 \u2013 <em>Protein Structure &amp; Bioinformatics<\/em>.
