QCsolver is York’s on-line vendor registration and management system developed to streamline the administrative tasks associated with vendor management and ensures that all vendor information is kept up-to-date in York’s financial systems.
How to Register
To maintain your status as a potential supplier of goods and/or services to the University all approved York vendors are required to register using the QCsolver vendor management portal.
To update your current York profile and remain an approved vendor/contractor, it will be necessary for you to maintain up-to-date documentation within the portal and annually submit a portal access renewal fee.

- One-Stop Vendor Registration: With QCsolver you can register all your company information, i.e., liability insurance, WSIB certificates and other compliance documents that are required by York.
- Insurance and WSIB Tracking: With QCsolver you will receive automatic reminder e-mail alerts notifying you of expiring documentation.
- Automatic Vendor Credentialing: With QCsolver you can manage expirations of pertinent licences / certificates. Automatic notifications can be designed and customized to fit each party’s needs.
