CMS) at the University of Ghana (Legon), where it was held, and established a partnership between the HTI and CMS at the University of Ghana. Forty-five (45) papers were presented and approximately 130 participants attended the conference. It was decided that, in two years, the HTI and CMS will co-organize a workshop at the HTI focusing on major issues that emerged from the papers presented at the 2019 conference.
