Program Description:
In this project-based program, students work with IBM mentors to design and deploy AI systems that address real challenges in a large bank’s wealth management division. Teams move from concept to prototype, exploring advanced topics such as multimodal generation, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented reasoning, with emphasis on ethical design, interpretability, and responsible deployment.
Students tackle projects such as building advisor copilots for personalized investment recommendations, AI services to flag at-risk clients, and automated workflows for KYC and compliance. Through hands-on experimentation with large language models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks, participants deliver working prototypes and business cases that demonstrate how AI agents can safely and effectively augment human decision-making.
