Group Members / Keira Wang

Keira Wang was born and raised in China. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Biopharmaceuticals from Binzhou University in 2021, followed by a Master of Science in Pharmacy from Chongqing University in 2024. Keira began her Master of Science in Chemistry at York University in September 2024 under the supervision of Professor Ryan Hili. Her current research focuses on developing photochemical approaches for sequencing RNA modifications, particularly N¹-methylguanosine (m¹G). In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and dancing, and has a strong interest in traveling.
