Come learn about the exciting opportunities available for York students in Physics, and Astronomy. Visit laboratories where students use laser light to slow down, trap, and study atoms normally moving at a hundred metres per second. You will also visit the Allan I. Carswell Astronomical Observatory, home to a 1-meter diameter telescope - the largest on any Canadian university campus.
