A team may consist of&nbsp;<strong>up to four<\/strong>&nbsp;secondary students enrolled in the&nbsp;<strong>same<\/strong>&nbsp;school.&nbsp; The team will work for&nbsp;<strong>5 consecutive days<\/strong>&nbsp;on the modeling problem over the period between&nbsp;<strong>March 8 to April 19, 2022<\/strong>. &nbsp;Each team needs an advisor who will make sure that the students follow the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/im2c-canada.math.yorku.ca\/mod\/page\/view.php?id=27\">rules<\/a>&nbsp;and procedures during the contest. The students are able to use any inanimate resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In 2018, IM<sup>2<\/sup>C contest is held for all high schools in Canada for the first time. \u00a0It consists of two rounds of competition. In the first round, national teams will work on the problem provided by IM<sup>2<\/sup>C committee and will submit their solutions to an expert panel for evaluations. The two best papers will be selected by the panel before May 4, 2022 and will represent Canada to join the international competition. The final judging at the international stage will be completed in June, 2022.
