We use various tools in cell and molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, physiology, and bioinformatics to investigate how growth factors, hormones, microRNAs, and circular RNAs regulate oocyte maturation and placental development and how their dysregulation contributes to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
