Frank Fazzari
Frank Fazzari is the Managing Partner of Fazzari + Partners, CPA’s, LLP, which he founded in 1988 and which is over 35 strong. The Firm has expanded beyond traditional accounting services to offer Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuations, Litigation, and Accounting Firm support services. The Firm has been nominated for and received multiple awards, including the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce's Professional Services Award.Since founding Fazzari + Partners LLP in 1988, Frank has been instrumental in growing the firm, which is now over 35 strong. He has led the firm to provide more than conventional accounting services, so provides Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions and Litigation support services. Frank's leadership has led to various nominations and awards, including recognition from the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce.
Frank services private companies and high-net-worth individuals and has amassed significant experience across several different industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. He holds several professional designations, including CPA, formerly CA (1988), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, 2011), and Fellow (2013), the latter awarded for achievements in the profession.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Frank has testified as an expert witness in various litigation matters and contributed to journals like the Globe and Mail. Frank has received the Order of Vaughan by the City of Vaughan and the Philanthropic Person of the Year award by the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce.
Frank's has served or continues to serve on various boards. These include the Independent Electricity Systems Operator of Ontario (currently chair of Audit Committee), The Humber River Hospital Board (where he chaired the Finance Committee and contributed to the Building Committee for a new 1.7 million square foot hospital), Team Revolution (as a founding and former board member, and active participant in fundraising for Humber River Hospital), the Vaughan International Commercialization Centre (VICC), the Niagara University Vaughan Ontario Advisory Board, and the York Region Cycling Coalition (as a founding board member).
Frank joined York's Board of Governors on March 1 2025 and serves as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee, its Sub-Committee on Digital Transformation, and Land and Property Committee.
