Description: Indicates factors which should be considered when selecting contractors for the University.
The selection of contractors and the awarding of Construction, Renovation, and Alterations Contracts shall be made such that all goods and services are purchased at the best price, considering availability, quality of supplies and material, and service.
The Vice-President (Finance and Administration) is authorized to develop and amend related procedures as required.
