So junior and senior suggested that there was some kind of hierarchy between them, and that never actually was the case. So now we've renamed them to be more descriptive of the certificates themselves. So one certificate is now called

Natasha May (she/her): the Record of Completion certificate for engaging in higher education, teaching and learning workshops. So that was formally the junior certificate, requiring 5 workshops in one academic year

Natasha May (she/her): and the other record of completion certificate is called the Record of Completion Certificate for Supporting Teaching at York, because this requires 4 workshops in one academic year and attending the Supporting Teaching At York or STAY symposium.
