We have shared our SCCM deployment practice including the font package to our Faculty IT partners via Teams > Device Management > SCCM channel. 

Please expect instructions from the "Talent Acquisition & Development" team to provide further guidance to the community on how to set the new font (IBM Plex) as the default font for the various Microsoft Office products.
