We've covered a lot of Halo's benefits in our previous articles, but it's time to share some actual performance. With the Halo launch date less than a week away, we wanted to show how much faster HaloITSM is than our old ticketing system. We completed a side-by-side test submitting the same ticket in both systems while tracking completion times. The results were promising. We already knew that Halo had an improved UI and was designed with agents in mind, but seeing how much time the new interface saves was exciting.

Many factors contribute to ticket submission times, and our test was far from comprehensive, but it still gives a great indication of what we can expect when Halo goes live on March 8. Check out the video below to watch the test and see the results.
