Service Advisory

 

Please share the following update with your technical teams.

Please be advised that UIT Oracle ExaCC infrastructure is planned for the vendor patching maintenance on Saturday November 26th, 2022 between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST. ExaCC hosts production database systems for the following applications and no outage is expected for the applications during the maintenance.

  • PeopleSoft Financials
  • PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Maximo
  • eReports
  • Advancement
  • SmartCall
  • PBAT
  • ARMS
  • ONCE
  • AIMS
  • CIQ
  • CMAP
  • UPK
  • OIRA
  • EDW
  • Informatica
  • SISARCH


This is a risk advisory only as there is a small risk that application or user database sessions might face disconnection and would need to reconnect to the database. EReports application cannot re-connect to the database during maintenance and need to be restarted after completion of the patching.
