Please share the following update with your technical teams.

On Thursday January 5^th, 2023 8:00 a.m., UIT teams will set the minimum version of MyApps – AppsAnywhere and Cloudpaging clients to the latest vendor releases. Client upgrades are for computers running the Windows OS platforms.

By default, after we set the minimum versions:

1. Clients will automatically update themselves if they are older
2. Users will also be prompted to reboot after the client installation

To avoid this situation on January 5^th, we are recommending our Faculty IT partners to deploy the new clients to their managed computers at the earliest convenience.

Latest client packages are available on \\vfadmin.yorku.yorku.ca\UIT-SOFT\distrib\Appsanywhere.

UIT teams will automatically update MyApps clients on UIT supported communities starting this week. We do not expect any disruptions on client computers.
