Service Outages and Advisories for Holiday Period

 

Please share the following update with your teams.

Over the holiday period, UIT will be conducting network maintenance as follows:

Dec 27th 8:00 a.m. – Dec 30th 4:00 p.m. – Lassonde Building Network Upgrade

  • During this time period, network access within Lassonde building will be intermittent.

Dec 27th 12:01 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. – Data Centre Network Maintenance

  • During this time period, all University IT services will be unavailable.  This includes services such as Passport York, York Websites, eClass, HR and Finance services.

Jan 2nd 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – Core Network Maintenance

  • During this time period, no outages are anticipated.  This is a service advisory only.
