Please share the following update with your technical teams.
Scheduled standard maintenance will take place on the Central Endpoint Protection Service with Trend Micro on Thursday January 19th, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The service maintenance is necessary to install critical patches from the vendor. Critical patches address known product issues and introduce support for macOS 13 (Ventura).
University computer assets that have the enterprise Trend Micro Apex One client installed will not be affected and are expected to operate normally during the scheduled maintenance.
