We will elaborate on the benefits of a unified, university-wide approach to asset management and working with procurement to establish university-wide policies and guidelines for all purchases (SmartBuy & exceptions). There will be an example of current program where a unified understanding and implementation approach will be beneficial to all (new CRP policy).
