Reset Your MyMail password

Password Reset for MyMail can be done if you’ve forgotten your login information, or you know it but want to change it. Note that changing your MyMail password does not change your Passport York password. Note also that your MyMail username (the part before is the same as your Passport York username.

If you have forgotten your MyMail password or want to change it:

  • Log in to Manage My Services (requires that you know your Passport York username and password).
  • Click Electronic Mail on the left, then type your new password twice, then click Change Password.
